Custom Aerospace Components has been manufacturing Aerospace and Military components and assemblies for more than 40 years. We are one of the largest suppliers of civil and military components and assemblies in the USA. Our knowledge of the Aerospace and Military markets and its stringent requirements is why we maintain both ISO 9001 and AS 9100 certification.
Utilizing advanced manufacturing technologies in CNC Milling, Turning, Grinding and EDM we provide our customer base with quality machined components and assemblies. Our onsite secondary processes (Welding, Silver Brazing, Pressure testing, Leak testing and Vacuum testing) enables us to control the manufacturing process through our machine shop and offer our customers a single source.
Custom Aerospace Components solid infrastructure can support LTA’s with a flexible ERP system (JobBoss). Our systems can accommodate several types of delivery process; KANBAN, JIT, Kitting, PAC and online procurement systems. We can in some cases synchronize our system with our customers system which will reduce operational costs and increase the flow of information.
